A WEEKEND WITH MARTIN STEPHENSON 14th and 15 th November. A local musician from Newcastle of great repute. has featured on the Whistle Test and regulary plays at the Cluny and Sage. Martin Stephenson will be playing with local musician Johnny Caverner and session guitar player Johnny Mullin. Prices are as follows: A three course set menu including early evening drink Overnight stay including breakfast the following morning. Cost £100.00 per person per night std room £120.00 superior room per person per night at 6.00 sitting at 7pm Cost per person £55.00 per person of which £5.00 will be donated to Tiny Lives Charity. Band to start 9.30-10.00 For booking dinner and evening entertainment only. Drinks at 6.00 sitting at 7pm Cost per person £55.00 per person of which £5.00 will be donated to Tiny Lives Charity. SAVETHEBESTTILLLASTIVAL was a great sucess over the weekend of 30/31 st August many thanks to Maybe Murtle Turtle, who headlined , Katy freeway, Alix, Hill billy Trance, Backstreet Angels, The Kaverners, DC 92 , The Plimps, Mr Flynn Bill and Carol Rob, donations were made to Tiny Lives appeal, a great time big thanks to J Peters , Did for radio coverage through Sue Sweeney Radio Newcastle ,NC for pulling all the bands together and creating the artwork and design. October date to be announced! Johnny Kaverner a good mate with alias Johnny Elvis, a great musician himself has kindly organised none other than Martin Stephenson from the Dainties who is a regular at the Sage in Newcastle to perform live at a date sometime in October , we will keep you posted. Looking forward Christmas and New Year . 08/09 Ceilidh for New Years Eve and a three course meal New Year Package 29th,30th and 31st Dec Arrive on the 29th An invitation to have a free glass of gorgeous Ruggeri Prosecco Rose at the bar Evening supper at 7.30 includes three courses including locally sourced produce. Breakfast on the 30th will be served sligfhtly later 8.30-9.30 After having walked long and far on one of our many beaches or after visiting many of the castles, gardens or local attractions supper will be served at the slightly earlier time of 7.00.-9.00 Plenty of logs will be on the fire and with hot chocolate in hand you may prefer an early evening before the big night. Old Years Night as some of the locals call it, well Earldine one of the real locals does and nobody crosses Earldine ! The bar is open for real a complimentary glass of Champagne a four course evening indulgence a Ceilidh from the Robb family and a kiss and dance to wish the New Year. Next morning - a slow rise and a late brunch/ breakfast. Checkout will be around 1 pm Total cost £300.00 Please note for non residents the price to come in and join our fun will be £49.00 per person tables of eight to ten only includes a glass of fizz and the Ceilidh. |
